Everion Pharmaceuticals LLC has appointed Alina Khomenko as Chief Operating Officer, the company announced September 25, 2026. The hire comes as Everion expands across the international peptide and wellness markets, with operations and business relationships in 13 countries, a growing presence in Ukraine and a planned move into South America.
A Diplomatic Background for an International Role
Khomenko was born in Ukraine and educated in Kyiv, where she graduated with honors after studying politics and diplomacy. According to the company, that education and her understanding of international relations were major factors in her appointment. She also has hospitality and operational experience from the global cruise industry, where she worked in multicultural environments coordinating operations involving people from around the world.
She speaks eight languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, Italian, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese. Everion says that gives it an advantage as it builds relationships across multiple markets. The company also notes that Khomenko has pursued aviation and flight training in Bucharest, Romania.
"Alina comes from an extraordinary foundation. Both of her parents built accomplished careers in law and public service, and you can see that influence in the way she approaches responsibility, education and leadership. Combine that with her diplomatic education, international experience and ability to communicate across eight languages, and she brings a remarkably distinctive background to Everion."
