Conphere Launches AI Agents to Automate Event Management Busywork

Conphere, a human-centric event and conference management platform, has released Conphere Platform 1.5, its most ambitious update to date and the first to bring a full suite of AI agents to event organizers. The release, announced September 1, 2026, pairs a new multi-agent framework with a redesigned ticketing system and a new membership model for attendees.

AI Agents Take On Operational Busywork

At the center of the update is a new AI multi-agent framework the company describes as the first of its kind in event management software. Using event data, including speakers, sessions, sponsors, and exhibitors, the agents can generate platform-specific social content and branded event collateral, schedule publication, automate operational tasks, and track performance. Unlike prompt-based AI writing tools, Conphere's agents are built to understand an event's context and execute workflows on an organizer's behalf.

The release also introduces an AI Networking Engine that helps attendees discover relevant contacts based on profiles, interests, and event context, along with a new membership platform letting organizers offer individual and corporate memberships across multiple events. A rearchitected ticketing system adds multiple ticket types, real-time revenue analytics, and upgrades across check-in, communications, access control, and badging.
